Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex decentralized applications (dApps) from concept to deployment.
• Develop and optimize smart contracts for various functionalities, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Integrate dApps with various blockchain protocols and external services using Web3 libraries.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code for both smart contracts and application logic.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to setting technical standards within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on dApp and smart contract development .
• Expertise in smart contract programming languages like Solidity.
• Strong experience with front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and Web3 integration.
