Our client is a leading Value-Added Distributor specializing in providing information security solutions and services via their channel partners to enterprises of all sizes across sub-Saharan Africa. They provide cybersecurity solutions and services that span the entire enterprise information infrastructure lifecycle including the perimeter network endpoints application cloud IoT and data security. They are looking to hire a Senior Cyber Security Sales Specialist in South Africa.

Role Description

As a Senior Cyber Security Sales Specialist you will play a key role in delivering sales targets and promoting Cyber Security solutions across diverse industries. This position demands in-depth knowledge of Cyber Security products and an ability to customize solutions based on client needs. You will work closely with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients vendors and technology partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders involving solution selling presentations and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless transition from sale to installation.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay updated on Cyber security Solutions advancements and industry trends.
  • Lead account review meetings and proactively manage client issues and renewals.
  • Develop partner channel sales opportunities and provide enablement sessions as required.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to clients on practices in Cyber Security.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients vendors and technology partners.
  • Work independently ensuring timely deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security technologies and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
