Responsibilities
- Seeking business opportunities to maintain and grow the assigned portfolio
- Build solid professional relationships with both the client and staff
- Achieve set revenue targets
- Monitor competitors activity
- Perform customer visits with your team
- Assist team in managing accounts under threat (where CRM manages more than one client)
- Day-to-day management of the team including implementation of policies and procedures
- Support and coach critical sales activities within the team
- Monitor overall sales activities, including revenue performance, visitations and prospecting
- Organize regular team meetings
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Bachelors Degree or similar qualification and / or experience
- 7 Years minimum corporate experience in client services
- 7 Years minimum experience within the Logistics and Supply chain industry
- Need to have worked for reputable corporates
- Proven track record of management and constant year on year growth with a high profile client portfolio
- Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
- Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
