The successful candidate will be responsible for the billing and collection of all accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. The role also includes purchasing and supplier administration, requiring someone who is both detail‑oriented and confident managing financial and administrative processes. This role requires someone who can balance firmness with empathy, managing collections effectively while maintaining a professional and approachable manner.

• A recognised post–Grade 12 Accounting or Debtors Diploma
• At least 5 years’ experience in Debtors Control Management and Bookkeeping
• Sound understanding of accounting controls and principles
• Experience using an accounting package
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace and Gmail
