About the Role

We are looking for Senior Credit Controller with the ability to speak and write French, skilled in managing debtor portfolios, reducing bad debt, and improving cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Collections & Maintaining AGE Analysis (Healthy DSOs)
• Minimize Bad Debt and Increase Cash Flow
• Investigating and Resolving Queries
• Debtors Reconciliations
• Daily Cash Receipting with remittance advise
• Credit Notes & Journals Preparations and Applications
• Liaising with Client and 3rd Party's to resolve account dispute speedily
• Collections to Hand Over
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements

• Ability to Speak and Write French
• Grade 12 + with a Diploma in Credit Management
• At least 5-10 years' experience as Corporate Credit Controller
• Strong understanding of credit control or accounts receivable management
• Must have managed a book value of Rm+ with various legal entities & Foreign currencies
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Other Accounting Software (MS Office, AX)
• Attention to Detail and High level of accuracy
