Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst in Johannesburg to independently assess complex commercial funding transactions, evaluating credit risk and structuring profitable deals. You will review asset-backed lending opportunities and provide well-motivated credit recommendations within asset-intensive industries.

The role requires a strong background in asset-backed lending or equipment finance, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with South African compliance frameworks

Qualifications

• Degree/qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Risk Management.
• Minimum 5+ years of solid commercial credit analysis experience.
• Proven background in asset-backed lending or equipment finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and credit workflow experience (monday.com).
• Strong understanding of South African compliance frameworks (FICA, NCR).
• Proven independent credit judgment and senior report writing skills.
