Job summary

Placements24 in Sandton seeks an experienced Corporate Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation and hygiene initiatives across corporate offices. You will develop and implement comprehensive programs to maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment for staff and visitors.

You will manage a team, oversee budgets, and collaborate with Facilities Management and HR to uphold high cleanliness standards and operational excellence in a large-scale corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facility management or related field.
• 5+ years of sanitation management experience in corporate or large facilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation standards, regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage corporate-wide sanitation and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Oversee activities of cleaning and sanitation staff and external service providers.
• Manage sanitation budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead training programs for staff on sanitation protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management and HR to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
