Qualifications

• 4–6 years legal experience in financial services, corporate commercial law or regulatory law.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, regulatory interpretation and product-related legal work.
• Exposure to insurance products, administration arrangements or IT contracting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist legal support to business units across Corporate.
• Draft, review, negotiate and maintain legal and commercial documents.
• Support product development, pricing reviews, rule amendments and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to appropriate management of legal and regulatory risk.
