A leading automotive manufacturer in South Africa is seeking a Senior Coordinator Corporate Affairs for the Legal & CSE department. This role involves administrative tasks, data management, and liaising with stakeholders on legal matters. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a paralegal or administrative assistant and a diploma in paralegal studies or business administration. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is a must.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal / administrative assistant in a corporate / commercial / manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with data management and legal administration.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal & CSE department.
  • Maintain contract management systems and registers.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations.

Key Performance Areas Data Management Maintain physical security filing system Cost Management Process orders; payments Identify and implement cost reduction activities Contract Management Maintain contract management system Maintain Contract register Legal Administration Receive all instructions to legal Maintain instruction register Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to legal matters General Administration Monthly reporting for Exco Filing Monthly recons Diary Management General administrative support for projects; legal matters Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Liaise with various business units; external auditors; attorneys and other stakeholders Prepare ad hoc reports; presentations; documents

Qualifications and Experience Required Diploma in paralegal studies or business administration preferable Minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal / administrative assistant in a corporate / commercial / manufacturing environment Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) SAP Competencies Integrity Perseverance Attention to detail and logical and systematic approach to work.
