Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Contracts or Proposals or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent knowledge of contract, proposals and budget processes.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day contract and proposal processes for large complex contracts.
• Act as regional expert on contracts and proposals and key interface for assigned customers.
• Develop and implement processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of CRO Industry

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Understanding of costing models
