Qualifications

• Monitor, manage, analyze, report, and recommend on contractual, commercial, administrative, and programme aspects of major civil construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction law is required.
• Experience in major civil construction projects with risk assessment and mitigation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract-related correspondence and draft responses.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, finance, and disputes.
• Submit construction records for As-Built documentation.
• Coordinate and lead site and stakeholder meetings, including minutes.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigations; support dispute resolution processes.
