We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering projects that meet client expectations.Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and manage construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Manage procurement, contracts, and project documentation.Identify and mitigate project risks.Lead project meetings and resolve issues effectively.Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction project management.Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.Professional registration (e.g., PMP, Pr.CPM) will be an advantage.Job Type : PermanentWork Location : In person
