Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale residential property development projects.
• Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to project teams site managers and contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement construction strategies schedules and methodologies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including developers contractors consultants and local authorities.
• Monitor compliance with all legal safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement knowledge transfer and innovation across the business.
• Travel regularly to project sites to provide hands-on oversight and support.
