Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead major building and infrastructure projects in the Mahikeng region. This role holds full responsibility for planning, execution, budget control, and stakeholder management from inception to completion.

You will oversee site operations, manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, and ensure delivery of complex construction projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with significant leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial and/or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contract law, and project finance.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction technology.
