Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/EE with ML or CV focus.
• 7+ years of ML engineering experience with CV focus.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Extensive experience with OpenCV and scikit-image.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Cloud experience (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP) desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CV model development from data preprocessing to deployment.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for CV tasks (detection, segmentation, recognition, video analysis).
• Develop and optimize CNNs/Transformers for CV apps.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product managers.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and promote best practices.
• Evaluate models and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with CV/ML research trends.
• Contribute to IP through R&D initiatives.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of CV systems in production.
