Placements24 is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our client’s team in Rustenburg. You will design and deploy cutting-edge CV solutions for industrial automation and imaging analysis, handling large datasets and optimizing performance.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in CS/EE with CV/ML focus, 5+ years of experience, and strong C++/Python skills using OpenCV and Dlib. Embedding and GPU programming are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with TensorFlow or PyTorch for recognition, detection, segmentation, tracking.
• Process large image/video datasets to extract insights.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance across hardware.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to integrate vision into products in Rustenburg.
