This fully remote role focuses on developing and overseeing the company's compliance program, ensuring regulatory alignment and risk controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in compliance, AML/KYC, GDPR knowledge, and a proven track record in leading remote teams, policy development, and regulatory examinations.
