Aufgaben

• Secure new business by obtaining client information, preparing quotes, and managing relationships with brokers and insurers.
• Determine risks and premiums based on client profiles.
• Process new policies and handle renewals.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers.
• Manage appointments, retentions, renewals, non-payments, cancellations and confirmation of cover letters as well as insurance certificates.
• Understand and integrate Howdie insurance products with client portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external brokers, clients, insurers and other service providers.
• Assist with training and upskilling of team members.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and trends.
