Job summary

A manufacturing and engineering company is seeking a Coating and Lining Manager in Vereeniging. Candidates should have a diploma in Chemical or Polymer Science and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in anti-corrosive applications. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing/engineering/maintenance environment.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in anti-corrosive applications.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in coating applications specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the coating and lining manufacturing process meets customer specifications.
• Oversee effective setup of coating and lining operations.
• Lead installation and implementation of process improvements.

Skills

Experience in anti-corrosive applications

Knowledge in FBE, cohesive, and HDE coating

Ability to evaluate work output

Proficient in English

Willingness to work shifts

Education

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Diploma / Degree in Chemical or Polymer Science

NACE corrosion qualification and/or SAIW coating certification
