Placements24 is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee end-to-end trial execution in Randburg. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and vendors, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive study milestones and support ongoing pharmaceutical development and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field required.
• 5-7 years of clinical trial management experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical trial budgets, timelines and resources.
• Oversee selection and management of sites, CROs and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Develop trial protocols, monitoring plans and data management procedures.
• Lead cross-functional trial teams and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
