Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent credential.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical nutrition and dietetics experience, with a senior/supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity).
• Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and nutritional analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for individuals and groups, identifying dietary needs and health risks.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized dietary plans and nutritional interventions for patients with various medical conditions.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and mentor junior nutritionists and dietetic interns, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to integrate nutritional care into overall treatment plans.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in nutrition science and clinical practice.
