Job description

We are searching an individual with excellent administration skills to join our Tembisa Life Office as a Senior Clerk : Branch Administrator.

You will be responsible for delivery of excellent customer service to our policy holders and to ensure that client requests are is processed efficiently, effectively and accurately within the allotted time.

General reception duties to welcome clients Receive and assist walk-in clients with enquiries in line with the client services policy and procedure and / or refer to the relevant department Utilize resources and obtain necessary knowledge and skills to handle and complete enquiries Communicate processes and or delays and system problems to waiting clients Handling of claims, policy services and premium administrative duties relating to client's policies Handling of petty cash, collection of cash from clients for premium payments and refunds of premiums Prepare cash for daily banking at the finance department Referral of new business to the relevant consultant Handle all fraud allegations and complaints Monthly and weekly statistics report writing General office duties #J-
