Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of child growth and development.
• Excellent observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to work with diverse families.
• Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work model (on-site plus remote administrative tasks).
