Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer with a strong focus on Product Stewardship to join our client’s team on a fully remote basis. The role ensures safe and responsible lifecycle management of chemical products, from development to disposal, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and risk assessment.

You will work autonomously, develop guidance for safe handling, SDS, and labels, and collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and sales to support product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in product stewardship, regulatory affairs or HSE in the chemical industry.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulations and hazard communication standards.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and SDS authoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects remotely.
