Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain sourcing strategies that optimise TCO and manage risk
• Analyse expenditure, market conditions, and demand trends to inform strategy
• Lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and onboard suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and compliance
• Ensure governance, contract adherence, and auditability across sourcing activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and resolve sourcing challenges
• Provide subject-matter expertise on procurement, contracts, and sourcing best practice
• Lead and support team members on projects and in day-to-day execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, Operations Management, IT, Analytics or related field
• MCIPS, PMP or SCMP advantageous
• 7+ Years' experience in strategic sourcing
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Category Management
• 3-5 Years in a management role
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation capability
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration
