Qualifications

• 5+ years of law clerk or paralegal experience in Canadian immigration, minimum of 1 year within corporate immigration.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong computer proficiency in Acrobat Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and internal records via case management system.
• Prepare all types of immigration applications for compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure completeness of supporting documents in line with government forms.
• Assist Case Managers in tracking and closing cases.
• Conduct training and onboarding of new paralegals.
