A leading South African software developer is seeking a Senior CAD Operator (Customer Support Consultant) to provide technical support and training for civil infrastructure design software. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years experience in the sector, proficiency in Civil Designer and/or Civil 3D, and excellent communication skills. This role involves delivering client training and enhancing user experiences with the software.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years experience in the civil infrastructure design sector.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Civil Designer and/or Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients on Civil Designer and/or Civil 3D software.
