Qualifications

• BSc / B.Eng. Electrical/ Electronic Engineering degree.
• Registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
• At least 10 years of C&I design experience with a minimum of 6 years in the Oil & Gas environment.
• Knowledge of and understanding of SABS / IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of C&I scope across EPC and EPCM projects.
• Manage project schedules and budgets efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, clients, and vendors.
• Develop advanced control system designs for renewable energy applications.
• Prepare field instrumentation documentation to support eco-friendly project goals.
• Design communication systems for control networks integrating green energy infrastructure.
• Develop and document fire and gas detection systems focusing on process safety.
