Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Buyer to lead procurement for our Kimberley operations. This hybrid role combines in-office strategic collaboration with remote work flexibility, enabling you to optimize supplier terms and drive cost savings while ensuring timely procurement of essential materials.

You will manage a supplier portfolio, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing with business needs in the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement with strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Experience managing complex supplier relationships and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and financial information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
