As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer you’ll be supporting to innovate, automate, enhance and simplify processes which in turn allows users of the systems faster and more accurate results as close to real‑time as possible, so we stay ahead of the game.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Integration of ERP data into company databases and TM1 cubes so that it can also be used by Finance business users for reporting and publishing financial results.
- Designing new database structures or enhancing existing ones to cater for optimal process flow and optimal user querying.
- Optimizing data ingestion for TM1 and analyzing ERP data required for TM1.
- Automate ERP data extracts for required SOX controls.
- Integration of data into relevant workflow processes, with the specific aim of continuous improvement and data optimisation.
- Conceptualizing, defining and delivering new reports for ERP and TM1 as well as improving existing ones.
- Analysis of data from various sources in order to ensure that the business acts proactively on the information at its disposal.
- Continually searching for new and useful ways to obtain, integrate and analyse data that is relevant to financial reporting.
- Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting current solutions.
- Work with Project Managers and Product Owners in developing and executing project plans or development tasks within assigned schedule and timeline.
- Guide and mentor junior resources when needed.
- Education of report end‑users so as to ensure a maximum spread of expertise around the finance department.

Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.

- At least 5 years work experience in a Business Intelligence or SQL Developer role will be considered.
- 5+ years strong SQL experience (creation of stored procedures, functions, automation of jobs, performance tuning and optimisation, RDBMS, error handling and logging, incremental data loading, change tracking/CDC, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years SSIS experience (creation of complex ETL processes, error handling, loading data from various data sources such as flat files and XML, integration of new data into data warehouse, precedence constraints, parameterised connections, etc.).
- Ability to build reports in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in front‑end visualisation tools such as Power BI / QlikView / Tableau / Cognos (creation, implementation and maintenance of analytical dashboards and visualisations).
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Be able to give accurate technical estimates.
- Drive new solutions based on business requirements.
- Strong communication skills, ability to mentor others.
- At least 1 year’s experience within DigiTech.
Desirable Skills
- In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
- Experience integrating with API solutions.
- Experience with Azure Fabric, Synapse or Databricks.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Knowledge of event‑driven programming.
- Service broker queue experience.
- 1 year of project management experience.
- Undergraduate degree (or substantial progress towards one) with majors in IS / maths / stats / engineering or similar.
- 1 year’s experience with OLAP reporting tools and cube technologies such as SSAS / Cognos / TM1 (creation, implementation and maintenance of multi‑dimensional cubes, MDX, DAX).
