Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, test messaging, and continuously optimize targeting in collaboration with the sales team. Remote-friendly role.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
