LOCATION : Hybrid : Midrand / Menlyn / Rosslyn / Home Office rotation

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects
10+ years' experience in this field
Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives
Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers
Preparation / updating of other relevant documentation
Identify and assess business risks and opportunities
Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture
Assisting with the business case, where required
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes
Create and maintain process documentation and business architecture models
Support user acceptance testing and validation activities
Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation
Ensure successful delivery of business outcomes aligned with organisational goals
NB : South African citizens / residents preferred.
