As a Business Analyst, you'll partner with teams across Sales, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify trends, streamline processes, and support the company's growth journey. Your insights will directly influence strategy, efficiency, and profitability.

What You’ll Need to Join the Team

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
• BEng (Industrial Engineering) is advantageous
• 7+ years' experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis
• 4+ years' experience in analysis activities related to bespoke web or mobile application development
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• SQL experience advantageous
• FMCG industry experience highly beneficial
• Knowledge of business report design and analysis advantageous
• Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience a plus

⚙ Your Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT systems and business applications
• Monitor and support critical business systems across departments
• Participate in testing and user acceptance for new functionality
• Identify and document process improvement opportunities
• Develop and deliver training materials for end users
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to business teams
• Ensure optimal success of projects through proactive monitoring and stakeholder engagement
