Lead strategic business analysis, process optimization, and requirements management for the Sales Offer and Contracting platform, delivering seamless omnichannel vehicle purchasing experiences!

TEAM: Sales Offer and Contracting (SOCo)

Qualifications / Experience Minimum mandatory qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years' experience in this field. Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects. Advantageous experience: experience in the automotive industry, experience with digital transformation projects, experience in change management, Agile working experience (any framework). Essential Skills Requirements: Business Analysis Core – Extensive experience in business architecture/processes and business analysis, proficiency in business process modelling and optimization, experience with strategic planning and execution, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to manage complex projects and initiatives. Leadership & Collaboration – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and mentor teams, knowledge of IT governance and compliance, working experience with agile methodologies and practices. Supervision – Completely independent worker who escalates only when tasks are complex and beyond their span of control.

May need to lead individual members of a team of entry and advanced level experts.

Problem solving: Improve a product or a system that already exists by making conceptual changes and enhancements. Can manage the solution for complex problems that may require simple solutions but affect multiple systems.

Communication: Influence – Effect change without direct exercise of command where persuasion is required, and reaching buy‑in might be difficult.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Willingness to engage with international customers and navigate potential language barriers.

Delivery: Specify new products, processes, standards based on organization strategy or set short‑to‑mid‑term operational plans. The requests are often unclear and will need substantial investigation to ensure that the specifics are well understood by all parties.

Employee may be expected to provide guidance to lower‑level employees.

Knowledge: Functional expert – Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice.

Soft Skills: Ability to work interdependently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality. Self‑starter, good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) on technical and non‑technical level. Good written and verbal communication skills, progressive and creative thinker, problem‑solving capability. Above board work ethics – this is of utmost importance. Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project. Advantageous Skills Requirements: experience in the automotive industry, knowledge of Group business processes and systems, experience with digital transformation projects, experience in change management, knowledge of cybersecurity principles, familiarity with databases, cloud computing and IT infrastructure, experience with manual/functional testing.

Request Requirements: Business Architecture & Process Design – Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives; ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture; identify and assess business risks and opportunities.

Requirements Management – Requirements management, communication and organisation. Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers. Preparation / updating of other relevant documentation. Assisting with the business case, where required.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership – Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required. NB: South African citizens / residents are preferred.
