Join a prestigious Data Transformation Programme as a Business Analyst, helping to deliver on a large-scale programme aimed at redefining how data is shared, processed, and governed in the organisation.

Knowledge and Experience Required
  • A degree at NQF Level 7 / 8 or equivalent (preferably in IT, Business, Finance, or Data).
  • 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally on major transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in data management, business rule validation, and data sharing frameworks.
  • Business Analysis certification (e.g. TOGAF, BIZBOK or equivalent).
  • Practical experience in Agile delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration, process mapping, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to business users and vice versa.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to document and update system workflows, operating models, processes, and rules.
  • Drafting user stories and acceptance criteria in close partnership with Business Owners and Product Owners.
  • Validating functional requirements and refining the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) as needed.
  • Acting as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and system vendors.
  • Supporting the update and maintenance of system documentation including manuals and user guides.
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing and monitoring requirement implementation quality.
  • Engaging with architects and developers to ensure correct technical implementation.
  • Managing ongoing change requirements and driving Agile ways of working throughout the programme lifecycle.
