Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to craft digital and print collateral, ensuring on-brand, high-impact visuals across websites, emails, banners, and campaigns. You will guide production, influence brand direction, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5–7 years of experience, and a deep understanding of digital design, email templates, and social media visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or equivalent.
• Understanding of digital design, emailers, newsletters and social media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end digital design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital, graphic and/or illustrative material for websites, emails, social media, banners and campaign identities.
• Ensure all work aligns with OM Brand standards and is on-brand and on-strategy.
• Lead production schedules, budgets and workflows for design projects.
• Provide guidance to designers and TFTs, supervise Junior staff as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, developers and other teams to ensure usability and accessibility.
• Translate marketing requirements into compelling campaigns and designs.
