Qualifications

• Experience as a Bookkeeper is essential.
• Working knowledge and experience in tax and accounting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Complete a set of accounts to trial balance.
• Process source documents.
• Handle bank expenses processing and allocations.
• Conduct creditor and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure VAT compliance and reconciliation.
• Reconcile balance sheet control accounts.
• Manage the asset register with depreciation journals.
• Oversee payroll journals.
• Handle instalment sale journals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete a set of accounts to trial balance
• Processing of source documents
• Bank expenses processing and allocations
• Creditor and bank reconciliations
• VAT compliance and reconciliation
• Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
• Asset register with depreciation journals
• Payroll journals
• Instalment sale journals

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Relevant qualification (Advantage)
• Relevant experience as a Bookkeeper
• Working knowledge and experience in tax and accounting

Package & Remuneration

R20 000 and R30 000 (depending on experience)
