Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 years in AEC with at least 5 years focused on BIM management.
• Deep knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and BIM execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across the organization.
• Manage BIM software and hardware infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.

• Deep understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and their practical application.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring BIM teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with various construction technologies and software.
• Experience working on large-scale projects is highly desirable.
