PPC Recruitment represents a leading construction, engineering and infrastructure group seeking an experienced Bid Executive to lead strategic and commercial bids across the group and its subsidiaries, focusing on infrastructure projects. The role requires deep expertise in pre-contract estimation, joint ventures, and tender governance, with a hands-on executive approach.

You will drive Vision 2030 growth, defend margins, optimise tender processes, and ensure compliance with CIDB/SANRAL

Qualificações

• 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in estimation, commercial management and heavy infrastructure bidding.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior estimating or bid leadership role in a medium-sized to Tier 1 construction, engineering or EPC group.
• Proven track record in preparing, presenting and defending large tenders before EXCO and Boards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic, commercial and operational bid leadership across the Group and subsidiaries.
• Drive Vision 2030 growth by strengthening tender governance and protecting project margins.
• Optimize joint ventures and consortiums, improve bid conversion rates, and implement robust estimating systems.
• Position the organisation as a Tier 1 EPC and PPP platform; manage tender guarantees and risk allocations.
