• Design and manage backup recovery and disaster recovery strategies
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Failover Clusters Hyper‑V and storage solutions (SAN / NAS)
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive backup coverage and compliance
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation for backup systems

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Proven experience in enterprise-level backup and recovery engineering
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft clustering and virtualization technologies
• Hands‑on expertise with SAN / NAS storage and mainstream backup tools (e.g. Veeam and Commvault)
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and cloud-based backup solutions (e.g. Azure and AWS)
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell and Bash) for automation and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem‑solving documentation and communication skills; relevant Certifications preferred
