Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language and frameworks.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient backend code in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Develop and manage robust APIs and microservices with high performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to connect UI with server logic.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for data integrity.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality and stability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
