You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Write clean, well-documented, thoroughly tested code, and participate actively in code reviews .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions to ensure long-term system health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development .
• Strong proficiency with at least one modern backend language such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases , caching strategies, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote , fast-paced environment.
• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
