• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet) and AUTOSAR.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent leadership and remote management skills, with strong communication.
