Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive) or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in automotive quality or reliability engineering.
• Experience with quality tools: FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, SPC.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and testing techniques.
• Experience analyzing field data, warranty claims, and customer feedback.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality and reliability plans for automotive components and systems.

You will be instrumental in defining quality strategies, implementing robust reliability testing protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality and reliability plans for automotive components and systems.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and field reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Design and execute reliability tests, including life testing, environmental testing, and accelerated life testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is built into the product from design to production.
• Analyze warranty data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 26262) and best practices in quality and reliability engineering.

Requirements
