Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Master Auto Electrician in George to lead electrical diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and install aftermarket electrical components, using oscilloscopes and multimeters to ensure peak performance.

You will interpret wiring diagrams and service bulletins, advise workshop teams, and stay current with new automotive electrical technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Auto Electrician or similar senior role.
• Certification in automotive electrical systems or related trade qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of CAN/LIN networks.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues across a wide range of vehicles.
• Install and configure aftermarket electrical components.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and service bulletins to identify faults.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using oscilloscope and multimeter.
• Advise service advisors and workshop managers on repair scope.
