Qualifications

• CTA (BCom Accounting Honours) or IAC is required.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the audit team complies with policies, standards, regulations and audit risks.
• Provide professional advice and support to clients.
• Report regularly to the Audit Manager / Partner on assigned clients.
• Manage delivery of audit work to clients and the Partner.
• Plan and schedule audit engagements and ensure timely completion.
• Review audits and assess completion, analyze financial data and statements.
• Recommend internal controls and maintain audit findings databases.
• Guide and mentor team members and share knowledge.
