Job summary

Tbwa South Africa is seeking a Senior Art Director to interrogate briefs and strategy to craft world-class ideas and art direction for clients across all media. You will drive creative output with the CDs, ensuring high-quality results and impactful presentations to internal teams and clients.

You will collaborate with Strategy and Account Management to understand brands, oversee projects, and help grow the creative department while pursuing iconic work and industry recognition.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDs in building the creative reputation of Hunt Lascaris.
• Ensure all creative output meets the highest quality standards.
• Present creative work internally and externally in a clear, professional and impactful manner.
• Produce original concepts and art direction in response to briefs from current or potential clients.
• Work with Strategy & Account Management to understand clients' brands and manage projects to deliver iconic work.
• Encourage collaboration within the creative department and with other departments.
• Stay aware of current trends and culture to stay ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to the shop window through local and international awards.
