Hire Resolve's client, a leading investment banking and financial advisory firm that provides strategic advice and transactional support to clients across various industries, is searching for a Senior Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg.

????????????????:

1. Support the execution of live transactions through in-depth financial analysis, research, and due diligence.
2. Prepare high-quality pitch books, investor presentations, and information memoranda.
3. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuation tools in coordination with the team lead.
4. Conduct market and sector research to inform transaction structuring and positioning.
5. Assist in managing workstreams related to due diligence, investor engagement, and deal documentation.
6. Collaborate across internal teams involved in M&A, Funds and Operations.
7. Monitor relevant market developments, investor activity, and regulatory trends across Africa.

• ✅ Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investments, or a related field.
• ✅ Excellent academic record: minimum 80% in Mathematics and 70% in English (or equivalent A levels).
• ✅ 2–4 years of relevant full time experience.
• ✅ Background in one of the following roles will be considered favorably:
  • private credit fund
  • financial services team in audit
