About the Role

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering to design agent‑based systems that deliver measurable impact.

This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on AWS‑native architectures, language models and autonomous agents. You’ll be part of a distributed, cross‑functional team shaping how AI transforms marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI‑driven systems and agents using AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, EventBridge, etc.)
• Integrate and fine‑tune LLMs via Amazon Bedrock and apply NLP techniques for real‑world use cases
• Design and optimise prompts to enhance LLM performance
• Work with vector databases and integrate data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Ensure secure, scalable, and cloud‑native architectures using infrastructure as code
• Collaborate across engineering and data teams to deliver production‑ready solutions
• Apply architectural best practices (stateful vs. stateless, serverless vs. containerised)

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, 2+ in AI / ML
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, IAM, Bedrock, Step Functions, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent design
• Solid Python skills and experience with Git / GitHub workflows
• Understanding of serverless architectures and MLOps practices
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment
• Cloud‑native mindset with a preference for managed services and infrastructure‑as‑code approaches
• Comfortable working in agile, distributed teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Knowledge of model training, fine‑tuning, or frameworks like PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Relevant AWS certification(s) like AWS Certified AI Practitioner
