Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced National Diploma (NQF 7) in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within the agricultural or wool industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an Administrator, Trust Administration, or Company Administration role.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Excellent report writing and minute-taking skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management ability.
• Exposure to investment management and financial markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the organisation.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Monitor investment portfolio performance and liaise with investment managers.
• Coordinate trustee meetings, agendas, reports, and accurate meeting minutes.
• Manage stakeholder, tenant, service provider, and industry relationships.
• Ensure governance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee property maintenance and outsourced projects.
• Supervise support staff and HR-related administration.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, municipalities, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
